Heh, thanks Josh and Jason. I'm not trying to 'stand up' to anyone in particular. I just have found myself not writing at all about bad samples that are sent to me, and find that is not the whole story on my journey to understand wine. There is a lot of bad wine out there as well, and while nobody is 'looking' for it, there may be a place for helping folks to avoid it.

I agree whole heartedly. I find a lot of reviews top heavy. All the reviews say good things and give similar scores which I find reduces the ability to distinguish between each wine, thus reducing the believability of the reviewer.
